Terms and Conditions

Thank you for visiting Mobile NotaryBoss (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).  

1. Agreement to Terms

By using our website, booking a service, or submitting payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services

We offer:

  • Mobile Notary Services

  • Remote Online Notarization (RON)

  • Notary Signing Agent Services

  • Additional services like after-hours appointments, mentoring and witness provision (subject to availability)

3. Payments

  • All appointments require full payment to be confirmed.

  • A $25 non-refundable deposit is required for all bookings.

  • Remaining balances and fees must be paid prior to or at the time of the appointment.

  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

4. Refund Policy

  • The $25 deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.

  • Full or partial refunds may be considered for cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • No-shows or late cancellations are not eligible for refunds.

5.  Session Duration & Overage

  • Each session is booked in 45-minute blocks.

  • Clients exceeding the allotted time will be charged an additional $25 per 15 minutes.

  • Overage fees must be paid immediately.

6. After-Hours Services

  • Appointments requested before 8:00 AM or after 7:00 PM will incur a $35 after-hours fee.

  • These fees are non-negotiable and must be paid prior to the appointment.

7. Identification & Documentation

  • All signers must present a valid, government-issued photo ID.

  • Documents must be complete, accurate, and ready for notarization.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service if proper identification is not provided or documents are not compliant.

8. Communications Consent

By submitting your contact details, you agree to receive communications via email and SMS for scheduling, confirmations, invoices, and updates.
You may opt out at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability 

Mobile NotaryBoss is not responsible for:

  • Errors in documents not prepared by us

  • Delays caused by incorrect client information

  • Missed appointments due to lack of required documents or ID

  • Any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our services

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available at:
